The Rocky Mountain Oyster is run by myself and my husband; we are two Colorado natives who currently live in and around Denver, Colorado. During the weekday, we both work office jobs that have absolutely nothing to do with food. When we're not working, we like to eat food. We especially like eating out, because that means someone else makes our food for us.
We have no formal education, no specialized training, nor any unique life experiences that make us food experts. We just like to eat, and we like to support local businesses. Because Colorado is the best place ever.
